Refund Policy

        BA Exotics certifies that the animal is healthy at the time of shipping, to the best of its knowledge. Please be advised that all birds are purchased in “as is'' condition. 

        The Buyer has 72 hours from the date of purchase to have the bird examined by a licensed and certified avian veterinarian (for birds purchase), an exotic vet for reptile purchases. If the veterinarian certifies in writing that the animal was ill at the time of purchase, the Buyer may return the bird for a full refund or replacement at BA Exotics choice.

        No guarantee is made against stress-related illness, accidents, or improper care after the sale.
