Acceptance of Terms
 

By using our Website and/or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Website or services.

 

Care and Welfare

The Buyer agrees to provide proper food, housing, and veterinary care recommend by BA Exotics. The health guarantee (see Refund/Exchange Policy) shall be void as the Buyer fails to provide proof of care of the purchased animal. (i.e. photo of the enclosure/cages, diet, toys, etc.)  

Transfer of Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership and responsibility for the animal transfer to the Buyer. The Seller is released from all future liability.

 

Governing Law
This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Broward County, Florida without regard to any conflicts of laws, statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances.
